Programs
Sunday School
 Sunday school is available each Sunday morning for kids between 3 and 10 years old, except for the summer months. Using the "Walk With Me" program, children sing songs, listen to Bible stories and do crafts or drama.The program is based on different age levels; for example, with the younger children lots of images are used to tell the Bible story, while the older kids will discuss certain issues or will do drama to get a better understanding of a concept. If you would like to give your child the opportunity to learn more about the Bible, take your child to a morning worship service at Hope at 10 AM each Sunday. Just let your child join the other kids when they leave for Sunday School during the service. The Sunday school program takes a break between June and September. All youth programs (except for Sunday school) run on Monday night from 7 - 8.30 PM. It is called HYPE night (=Hope Youth Program of Education) and...it is really cool! What is so cool about it? The band of course. Before the kids go to Gems, Cadets or Catechism, there is praise and worship led by the Youth Praise Band. So come on out!
GEMS
GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior and is a program for girls between 7 and 13. The girls get together on Mondays from 7 - 8.30 PM in Hope CRC. The program tries to encourage young girls to have a close relationship with Jesus. The evening is filled with fun and Bible study, crafts, service activities, singing, and the occasional outing (such as swimming, sleigh rides, tubing and bowling). The program works with a badge book that you get when you join. We also offer a year subscription to "Shine" magazine which offers stories, games, crafts and Bible study. If you are interested, just come to Hope CRC on Monday and and tell a counsellor you would like to join. Cadets is a program for boys between 7 and 13, on Monday nights between 7 and 8.30 PM at Hope CRC. Bible lessons, crafts, outings and sports...it is all part of the program, together with an incredible amount of fun! To join, just contact Arjen at cadets@hopecrc.net.
